The Hawaii Park & Ride (aka Em Parkadero) has been skated for at least 3 generations of skaters. And only the first generation enjoyed the once moble sharp edged benches. Yes, it's true, the benches are now pretty round, and for the most part are glued to the ground.
Can you believe that in 1996 (after 7 years of skating this place), the State had actually made it legal on weekends? Well, they did... but now it is a bust again??? Oh well, enjoy the curbs, the benches, and the local Bum (watch out, this guy calls the cops), but hey he wears a bra so kick his ass, and keep on skating.
Stop by Costco for a delicious sewer dog.
