Off the Walls, once a hotspot for the Kalama Valley Forces, Bill Deans, Stacy Gibo, Gary Owens, Mark Oblow, and Johnee Kop (pictured left). Cement transitions were added during the 80's so that the ditch could be skated like a halfpipe. OTW was so popular at that time that numerous busts would occur, eventually a war broke out as the City destroyed the transitions while the skaters rebuilt them.
