| Just as the title implies, Intermezzo is a short with some nicely mixed music. Oh yeah, also a nice mix of skating talents; let's see we have cute little Michael Pagani (who makes the Acme Ramp seem big) the somewhat new professional Brad Hayes, the comeback pro Eric Ricks, and of course the ever talented vet Steve Caballero.
Not to overlook the Video Part of the Year, which features the likes of Mike Valley and Mike Santarossa. Yep, once "Freedom of Choice" starts playing you may be time shifted back to the skating of Rob Roskopp, as featured in the late Devo music video.
| And if that isn't enough the Powell reenactments will truly give you a Cro-Magnon Brow. Oftentimes the Powell takeoffs are shot for shot, too bad the camera person was not following the Mikes in a car, but hey, what the hell do we care. |

Then let's see, Marty's Team Riders, Jake Jones, rides smoothly accompanied by some damn good taping (I'd be very impressed if Crapple was behind the fisheye). Overall nicely done video, straight forward and enjoyable. The only thing that bothered me was the Jetson music, I do like Elroy but... well, I guess it matches the post-Ron Cameron graphics. Like I was saying well done, but that is expected, as they are riding some darn tootin' skateboard trucks.
